It is the first municipality of Valtournenche, 20km from Breuil-Cervinia and about 15km from Châtillon following the course of the Marmore torrent.
This municipality is a notable tourist location located at 1074 m above sea level. at the base of the mountains preceding the Matterhorn massif. The landscape is made up of vast meadows dominated by coniferous forests and aided by a temperate climate and the fortunate position of the territory sheltered from prevailing winds.
From Antey you can enjoy a particularly evocative view of the Matterhorn which, with its majestic size, appears wedged between the walls of the valley, a vision that already struck the imagination of adventurous travelers in the 19th century.

The municipality of Torgnon is part of Valtournenche, the ancient Val Tornenchia from which the name derives and is made up of twenty-two small hamlets distributed over a large and sunny morainic terrace between 800 and 3,320 meters above sea level.
Thanks to its favorable exposure to the sun and the local climate, they make this town a healthy location and very popular with holidaymakers in both summer and winter.
During the Summer, interesting excursions, mountain bike trails and horseback riding are possible. It is not uncommon, walking along the higher paths, to encounter chamois, ibex and marmots and to find edelweiss.
In Location Chantorné at 1765 meters, in a beautiful pine forest, there is an area equipped for picnics. The ski area is quite large, with over 20 kilometers of slopes served by a cable car, 1 ski lift, 2 chairlifts and 2 treadmills with Winter Park, which go up to 2100 meters above sea level, and such that it can also offer possibilities to demanding skiers .
The cross-country skiing trails allow you to choose routes of various lengths, from 2 to 30 kilometers and is one of the longest and most evocative in the valley; they wind through a dense coniferous forest and lead to very beautiful corners, from which to appreciate all the majesty of the Matterhorn.
